BodyTalk®

What Is BodyTalk®?

BodyTalk® is a gentle, holistic healing method that helps your body restore natural communication between its systems. When stress, injury, or illness disrupt this communication, BodyTalk helps the body “remember” how to heal itself by rebalancing energy flow.

BodyTalk® supports physical, emotional, and mental health. It can help reduce pain, ease anxiety and stress, improve sleep, boost energy, and speed up recovery from injuries or illness. It’s suitable for all ages and a wide range of health concerns.

How does a BodyTalk® session work?

In a session, I will use gentle muscle testing to find where your body’s energy is out of balance. Then, through light tapping on specific points, I will help your body reconnect and restore its natural flow of energy. The process is relaxing, safe, and non-invasive.

What can you expect after a session?

Many people feel calm, relaxed, and more energized right away. Over the following days or weeks, you may notice reduced pain, clearer thinking, better sleep, and overall improved well-being as your body continues to heal.

Biodecoding

What Is Biodecoding?

Biodecoding explores the unconsious emotional roots behind symptoms and illness. It’s based on the premise that every symptom is the body’s way of helping us survive and adapt to emotional conflicts we have faced but haven’t resolved. When we can’t find a logical solution to what’s happening, our body responds with a biological answer. By identifying and addressing these hidden emotional causes, Biodecoding helps restore balance and supports the body’s natural healing process.

What is Biodecoding useful for?

In a Biodecoding session, we can work on a variety of issues, including physical or emotional symptoms, compulsive behaviors, relationship difficulties, repetitive life situations, and blocked emotions. During the session, we will work together to identify the emotional root of your symptoms or concerns, explore how these affect your well-being, and learn techniques to release them. This process aims to help you understand your body’s messages, resolve underlying emotional conflicts, and promote lasting physical and emotional balance

What is a Family Constellation?

Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach that explores how family dynamics and unresolved issues within your family system can influence your life, relationships, and well-being—often without you being consciously aware of it. The method is based on the idea that patterns, traumas, or burdens can be passed down through generations, and by revealing these hidden dynamics, you can find new paths to healing and harmony.

What is a Family Constellation useful for?

Family constellations can help with a variety of issues like relationship problems, family conflicts, emotional difficulties (such as anxiety or depression), repeating negative patterns, symptoms, unresolved trauma or grief. It’s especially useful for problems that seem to run in families or have roots in family history. The goal is to bring hidden dynamics to light and promote healing within the family system.

How does a Family Constellation session work?

A session can be grupal or individual. It can be virtual or in person. During a session, you’ll explore a specific issue or question. With representation of family members or key elements of your situation and through light movements and guided interactions, hidden dynamics and emotions are revealed, allowing you to see your situation from a new perspective and begin the process of healing.

Reiki Healing

What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and anxiety through gentle touch. I use my hands to deliver Universal Energy to your body, to activate its natural healing processes and restore physical and emotional well-being. Sessions can be virtual or in person.

What is a Reiki session useful for?

People often seek Reiki to help with anxiety, depression, pain, fatigue, and sleep problems. It is also used as a complementary therapy to assist the body’s natural healing processes, improve mood, and enhance overall quality of life, especially for those coping with chronic conditions or undergoing medical treatments

How does a Reiki session work?

A Reiki session usually involves lying fully clothed in a calm setting while I will gently places my hands on or above key areas of the body. I will channel healing energy to promote deep relaxation, balance, and support the body’s natural healing. You might feel warmth, tingling, or calm during the session.

What is Coaching?

In our coaching sessions, you’ll find a supportive space to clarify your goals and overcome challenges.
